1. About these terms
These Partner Terms govern the relationship between AwayPlanner B.V. and partners who participate in the AwayPlanner affiliate programme or advertising programme.
By applying and being accepted as a partner, you agree to these terms in full. These terms apply in addition to the AwayPlanner general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Partner programmes
AwayPlanner offers two partner programmes.
The affiliate programme is open to content creators, publishers and individuals who promote AwayPlanner to their audience and earn commission on completed bookings made through their referral link.
The advertising programme is open to businesses that wish to place promotional content on AwayPlanner match, club or city pages.
A partner may participate in both programmes simultaneously. Each programme is subject to the specific terms set out in these Partner Terms.
3. Application and approval
Participation in either programme requires submitting an application through the AwayPlanner partner portal.
Affiliate applications are reviewed personally by AwayPlanner. You will receive a decision within 48 hours of submission.
Advertiser applications receive portal access immediately upon submission. AwayPlanner reserves the right to suspend or remove advertiser access at any time if the account does not comply with these terms.
AwayPlanner may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons for rejection.
4. Affiliate programme
4.1 How it works
Upon approval, you receive a personal referral link. When a user clicks your link and completes a booking on AwayPlanner within 30 days of their first click, you earn commission on that booking.
The 30-day attribution window starts from the moment of the first click. If a user clicks your link multiple times, the attribution window resets with each click.
Commission is only earned on bookings that are completed and paid. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent bookings do not qualify.
4.2 Commission
Commission is €5 per completed booking, regardless of booking value.
AwayPlanner reserves the right to adjust the commission rate with 30 days written notice. Bookings completed before a rate change are paid at the rate applicable at the time of booking.
4.3 Payouts
Payouts are processed automatically on the first working day of each month for earnings from the previous calendar month.
Payouts are only processed when your outstanding balance reaches €25 or more. If your balance is below €25, it carries forward to the following month.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details including your bank account or PayPal address. AwayPlanner is not liable for failed payouts resulting from incorrect details.
Payouts may be withheld if there is suspected fraud, a dispute or a violation of these terms.
4.4 Referral links
You may create multiple referral links within your affiliate dashboard to track performance across different platforms or channels.
Referral links may not be used in paid advertising, spam, incentivised traffic schemes or any manner that artificially inflates clicks or bookings. AwayPlanner reserves the right to withhold commission and terminate your account if such activity is detected.
4.5 Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with AwayPlanner to your audience in accordance with applicable laws and platform guidelines, including but not limited to guidelines issued by the ACM in the Netherlands and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions.
5. Advertising programme
5.1 How it works
Approved advertisers can place promotional content on specific AwayPlanner match, club or city pages. Placements are booked and managed through the advertiser dashboard.
Available formats include match banners, city spotlights and package deals. Pricing and availability are displayed in the dashboard at the time of booking.
5.2 Balance and payments
Advertising is prepaid via a balance system. You top up your balance through the advertiser dashboard using the available payment methods. The minimum top-up amount is €50.
Each placement is deducted from your balance at the time of booking. Prices start from €20 per spot per match. Prices are displayed in the dashboard and may change over time. Booked placements are not affected by subsequent price changes.
Balances do not expire. AwayPlanner does not charge fees for holding a balance.
5.3 Creative review
All advertising creatives are reviewed by AwayPlanner before going live. You will receive a decision within 12 to 24 hours of submission.
AwayPlanner may reject creatives that contain content that is misleading, offensive or not relevant to football away travel. AwayPlanner may also reject creatives for brand, editorial or quality reasons at its sole discretion.
If a creative is rejected, your balance is not charged for that placement.
5.4 Accepted content
Advertising content must be accurate, relevant to football away travel and comply with applicable advertising standards and laws.
The following content is not permitted: gambling and betting products, alcohol brands, adult content, political content, misleading claims, content targeting minors and any content that AwayPlanner considers harmful to its users or brand.
5.5 Postponed or cancelled matches
If a match for which you have booked a placement is postponed or cancelled, the cost of that placement is returned to your balance automatically. No refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5.6 Performance reporting
Advertisers have access to reporting on impressions, clicks and click-through rate for their active campaigns. Reporting is available in the advertiser dashboard.
AwayPlanner does not guarantee specific impression volumes, click rates or business outcomes from advertising placements.
6. General obligations
All partners agree to the following.
- You will provide accurate and complete information in your application and keep your account details up to date.
- You will not misrepresent your relationship with AwayPlanner or imply any official endorsement, sponsorship or partnership beyond what is explicitly agreed.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You will not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or commercial interests of AwayPlanner.
7. Intellectual property
AwayPlanner grants partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AwayPlanner name and approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting their participation in the relevant programme.
You may not alter, reproduce or use AwayPlanner brand assets in any way not explicitly approved.
Club names, logos and trademarks used on the AwayPlanner platform belong to their respective owners. Partners may not use third-party sports trademarks in advertising without the relevant rights holder's permission.
8. Suspension and termination
AwayPlanner may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time if these terms are violated, if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or at AwayPlanner's discretion with 14 days written notice.
Upon termination of an affiliate account, any outstanding balance above €25 will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle. Balances below €25 are forfeited upon termination.
Upon termination of an advertiser account, any remaining balance above €10 will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days. Balances below €10 are forfeited upon termination.
Active campaigns are paused immediately upon account suspension or termination.
9. Liability
AwayPlanner is not liable for loss of earnings, loss of traffic, technical issues affecting tracking or reporting, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in either programme.
Affiliate commission is only paid on verified, completed bookings. AwayPlanner's liability to affiliates is limited to unpaid commission on verified bookings.
Advertiser liability is limited to the balance held in the advertiser account at the time of any dispute.
10. Data and privacy
Partner account data is processed in accordance with the AwayPlanner Privacy Policy.
For advertising campaigns, AwayPlanner processes aggregated performance data. No individual user data is shared with advertisers.
For affiliate tracking, AwayPlanner uses cookies and referral codes to attribute bookings. This processing is covered by the AwayPlanner Privacy Policy and cookie policy.
11. Changes to these terms
AwayPlanner may update these Partner Terms from time to time. Partners will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the partner programme after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
